I Have Always Wanted to Become a Medical Transcriptionist
I would like to become a work at home medical transcriptionist because of the benefits as far as working from home and still having time for my family. I have always wanted to become a medical transcriptionist but was unable to do due to family. I think this would be a great way to start a future. My life has changed in so many ways the past couple of years. I have 2 beautiful children, I am a single mom, and I have tried jogging a job, the bills, and the children. I am a very motivated person that loves to give my all. I have worked for the county for several years now and the politics are really starting to get to me. My job now is very stressful and I stay tired and overworked sometimes. I also have to travel with my current job.
Becoming a medical transcriptionist I would not have to do that anymore. Some of the advantages for working in the MT industry would be being able to stay at home and work. My children are my world and working in the MT industry would help me to be there for them in many different ways. I currently work out of my home and it is hard for me to attend school functions and other activities that my children are in. Also, I would like to have a good income. Right now my income is okay but there are times when I feel like I cannot make ends meet. I don’t want to have to worry about money or how I am going to pay my mortgage for this month. Some reasons why I am interested in training with Future MT are the skills that I will learn. Also, the knowledge I will receive in training. I am interested in learning everything a medical transcriptionist does. I hope to learn more about the medical field. My goals in the next 5 years are to receive training from Future MT and learn to the best of my ability, to find medical transcription employers, and one day start my own business with the knowledge that I have learned. I hope to be making a great salary from the convents of my own home. My other goal would be to be able to go to a school Christmas party with my children or even a softball game that my daughter will be playing in without having to rush or worry about being late for. I hope to be able to carry my kids on a real vacation and not have to worry about if the boss is going to get mad if I take off. There are many different reasons why I feel as though medical transcriptionist would be a great job for my family and me. Also, the benefits would be great for all of us! I hope that one day I will be able to accomplish all of my goals becoming a MT.
