Always enquire in detail as to the IT Support consultants, technicians and other team members qualifications and experience in implementing end to end solutions. You want someone who is going to customise the solution to meet the specific needs of your business.
You want to find out about the cost of the system and also what the consulting fees are going to be upfront. You want to be on the lookout for outrageous consulting fees. You always want to know exactly what you’re getting and paying for. You don’t want to be tied to a contract where you are needlessly paying for a multitude of experts that are unnecessary for your particular business.
